The first mixed exchange between pupils takes place to MONTORO in Spain from 18 till 24 April 2016. The teaching team and the families welcomed us in a great way. The coordinator Rafael and all his team had prepared for us one week of rich in cultural discovery.
We were able to discover the local space of Montoro, placed in Andalusia through the visit of various cities: Montoro, Carmona, Córdoba, Seville.
The theme of our project the Mediterranean Sea was approached through various very playful activities for the pupils:
– Manufacturing of soap in the olive oil,
– Decoration of pottery to the archaeological museum of Córdoba,
– Quiz on the Mediterranean buildings,
– Workshop on the flamenco (singing, dance, percussion, creation of paper flower)…
